Joy Fearn-Condon is a Financial Services Professional with New York Life. She earned a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Wayland Baptist University in 2007, continuing on to complete a Masters degree in Organization Management in 2011. She has lived in Alaska since 1972 when she was a small child, growing up in Fairbanks during pipeline construction. She moved to the Anchorage area via Kodiak in 1987 and into the Mat-Su Valley in 2006. Joy has spent over twenty years working in finance, accounting and human resources for government, non-profits, and corporations of various sizes.
Joy believes that our communities are exactly what we make them and follows this with her servant leadership. Since moving to the Mat-Su Valley Joy served on the Road Service Board, representing two different Road Service Areas in the Borough in the six years she served on the “Big Board”. She also volunteered her time to the Employee Relations Board for the Mat-Su Borough for two terms.
Joy also served her country with the U.S. Navy Reserves for eight years earning four Navy Achievement Medals and one deployment in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2005. She believes that working together is the best way we can serve our community. By strengthening the community, we all win.
