We are currently seeking a Membership & Operations Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in supporting our members, strengthening relationships, and helping our Chamber continue to grow and thrive.

This position is at the heart of everything we do.
The Membership & Operations Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the Chamber while building meaningful connections with our members. From welcoming new businesses to assisting with events and communications, this role helps ensure every member experiences the value of being part of our Chamber.

🤝 What You’ll Do
- Serve as a primary point of contact for Chamber members and visitors
- Support membership growth, retention, and engagement efforts
- Maintain and update member records and database systems
- Assist with planning and executing Chamber events and programs
- Coordinate communications including email, phone, and in-person outreach
- Support administrative operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy
🌱 What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, professional, and community-minded
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- A strong communicator—both written and verbal
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Motivated to support local businesses and build relationships
Experience in customer service, administration, or event support is preferred.
