Bill joined the Mat-Su Health Foundation is May 2023. Bill earned a Masters in Nonprofit Management at Regis University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colorado Christian University in Denver, Colorado.
Bill’s nonprofit leadership experience spans 20 years and includes managing social service programs, leading addiction treatment programs, and stewarding resources in locations including California, Alaska, and Colorado.
Bill regards Alaska as his home and he and his family are excited to return. Bill is a dedicated nonprofit executive who fosters change through innovation, collaboration, communication, and sound financial management.
Bill has an inclusive and welcoming leadership style; valuing equity and striving for an organizational culture that ensures equity in programs and practices. Bill is committed to building strong, high functioning relationships which require compassionate listening, clear communication, and establishing trust at all levels of interaction.
