The Greater Wasilla Chamber of Commerce is thrilled to share the resounding success of our 2025 Mat-Su Spring Economic Summit! This year’s two-day summit, co-hosted with the City of Wasilla and the Matanuska-Susitna Borough, brought together more than 100 registered participants—making it one of our most impactful events to date.
The summit served as a dynamic platform for connection, innovation, and forward-thinking economic development. Day one featured insightful presentations from regional leaders and industry experts, covering everything from workforce challenges and housing development to business investment opportunities and infrastructure growth. Day two’s guided bus tour showcased key economic development sites throughout the Valley—bringing strategy to life as attendees experienced firsthand the potential and progress across our region.
